| |  For Consignment Sellers |  | | | Description: | The following policy applies if you consign your items to us to make a sale for you using our platform. | | | Fee: | There is NO upfront service charge to consign your item(s) to digiCircle to make a sale. We will NOT take a service fee unless the item is successfully sold. The service fee is 20%, 30%, 40%, respectively, of the final sale price if the final sale price is in the range $100+, $50~$99.99, $49.99 or less, with a minimum of $5. | | | Shipment: | You may send us your items by one of the following options:
- Local drop-off at our Fremont office.
- Send the items to us. A shipping label will be available when you check out. Pre-paid shipping is not available for consignment sales.
| | | Acceptance: | We accept all sorts of electronics for consignment sale. All items must meet at least the following conditions to be acceptable:
- Genuine and fully functional, no water or mechanical damage, and no missing parts. Body wear that arises as a result of
normal use is acceptable.
- Bear reasonable resale value (for example, $20 or more).
- No item is reported lost or stolen.
| | | What we don't take: | Consigned items must bear a reaonable resale value. They should otherwise be recycled properly. We also will not accept items that are hazardous or any controlled substance or government-regulated devices. It is at digiCircle's discretion to determine the acceptance of a consigned item.
| | | Payment: | Upon the sale of your item(s), your payment (via check or Paypal at your choice) will be issued within 7 business days upon the expiration of the 30-day warranty. | | | | Listing Term: | digiCircle will make a suggestion for the listing price following digiCircle's pricing and listing policy. | | | | Termination: | You may terminate the consignment and retrive your item at any time. You are however subject to the service fee. If digiCircle terminates the consignment, no fee will be charged against you. | | | | Frequent Seller Bonus: | Our Frequent Seller Program pays you extra 10%, 7%, 5%, and
3% bonus, respectively, on top of our already top payout if you earn an accumulated 100000, 30000, 10000, and 1000 digi points in the past 12 months. | | | Security | | | We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone and your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. | | |
